These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DB Graphics A2 website and your purchase or use of our products and services. Throughout these Terms, “DB Graphics A2,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DB Graphics A2.

By visiting our website, requesting a quote, approving a proof, uploading artwork, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an order.

1. Our Products and Services

DB Graphics A2 offers products and services that may include:

  • Custom apparel
  • Screen printing
  • Embroidery
  • DTF transfers and gang sheets
  • Sublimation
  • Laser and rotary engraving
  • Awards, plaques, trophies, and medals
  • Promotional products
  • Personalized merchandise
  • Customer-supplied garment decoration
  • Artwork preparation and design services
  • Online apparel design and ordering

Product availability, minimum quantities, production methods, pricing, and turnaround times may vary.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have authorization from a parent, legal guardian, business, school, team, or organization to place an order.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally authorized to enter into the transaction.

3. Online Store Platform

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to display products, process checkout, and support transactions.

Your use of Shopify features, including Shop or Shop Pay, may also be governed by Shopify’s applicable terms and policies. Review Shopify’s legal terms.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, prices, and availability. However:

  • Screen colors may differ from finished products.
  • Garment shades may vary between brands, sizes, and production batches.
  • Natural materials may contain minor variations.
  • Product measurements may vary within manufacturer tolerances.
  • Supplier inventory and product availability can change without notice.

Images may be examples or digital mockups and may not represent the exact size, color, texture, or placement of the finished product.

5. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on the information available when prepared and may include:

  • Product type and brand
  • Quantity
  • Sizes
  • Number of print colors
  • Decoration method
  • Artwork condition
  • Print, embroidery, or engraving locations
  • Personalization requirements
  • Production timeline
  • Shipping or pickup method

A quote may change if order details, quantities, artwork, product availability, or production requirements change.

Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days. Taxes, shipping, artwork preparation, setup, rush production, and special-order costs may be charged separately.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or revise an order affected by an obvious mistake.

6. Orders and Payment

An order is not confirmed until all required information, artwork, approvals, and payments have been received.

Depending on the project, we may require:

  • Full payment before production
  • A non-refundable deposit
  • Payment for special-order products
  • Payment of artwork or digitizing fees
  • Written approval of a production proof

Orders may be placed on hold if payment or required information is incomplete. Ownership of finished products remains with DB Graphics A2 until all balances are paid.

7. Artwork Requirements

Customers must provide production-ready artwork that meets the requirements for the selected service.

Artwork may need to be:

  • Vectorized
  • Resized
  • Color separated
  • Digitized for embroidery
  • Cleaned or recreated
  • Converted into another format
  • Arranged into a gang sheet

Additional fees may apply for artwork preparation, design work, file conversion, color separation, background removal, or digitizing.

Artwork and setup fees become non-refundable once work begins.

8. Customer Artwork and Content

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, names, trademarks, or other content, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it.
  • Production will not violate another party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • The content does not violate applicable law.
  • You are authorized to order the requested products.

You grant DB Graphics A2 permission to copy, modify, format, reproduce, and use the submitted content as necessary to prepare and fulfill your order.

We may refuse content that appears unauthorized, unlawful, defamatory, hateful, obscene, threatening, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

You agree to be responsible for claims resulting from content you submit without proper authorization.

9. Proofs and Customer Approval

When a proof is provided, you are responsible for reviewing:

  • Spelling and grammar
  • Names, numbers, and dates
  • Artwork and colors
  • Product style and color
  • Sizes and quantities
  • Design dimensions
  • Decoration location
  • Artwork orientation
  • Overall layout

Approval authorizes DB Graphics A2 to begin production. We are not responsible for errors included in an approved proof or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Changes requested after approval may require additional fees and may delay production.

10. Custom and Personalized Products

Most DB Graphics A2 products are made specifically for each customer. Custom and personalized products are generally final sale after production begins.

Orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded because of:

  • Customer-approved artwork or personalization
  • Incorrect sizes or quantities selected by the customer
  • Customer-supplied spelling or design errors
  • Minor color or product variations
  • A change of mind
  • Failure to follow pressing, washing, or care instructions

Confirmed DB Graphics A2 production errors will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

11. Screen Printing

Screen-printing prices and minimum quantities may depend on:

  • Total quantity
  • Number of ink colors
  • Number of print locations
  • Garment type and color
  • Artwork complexity
  • Specialty inks or effects

Our standard minimum for short-run screen-printing orders is six pieces, unless otherwise agreed.

Exact Pantone matching, specialty printing, or printing over seams may require additional charges and must be approved before production.

12. Embroidery

Embroidery requires artwork to be converted into a stitch file. Digitizing fees may depend on the design’s size, complexity, and estimated stitch count.

Small text, gradients, fine lines, and complex details may need to be modified for successful embroidery. Stitch counts and final dimensions may vary slightly after testing and production.

13. DTF Transfers

Customers are responsible for submitting DTF artwork at the correct size, resolution, orientation, and transparency.

Unless otherwise instructed:

  • Submit artwork at the actual finished size.
  • Use a transparent background.
  • Do not mirror artwork.
  • Review all gang-sheet placement and spacing.
  • Test one transfer before pressing an entire order.

DB Graphics A2 is not responsible for transfer failure caused by incorrect temperature, time, pressure, peeling, garment incompatibility, washing, or application with unsuitable equipment.

14. Engraving and Personalized Awards

Customers are responsible for checking every name, title, date, number, and personalization detail before approval.

Variations in wood, glass, metal, marble, acrylic, and other materials may affect the finished appearance. Such natural or manufacturing variations are not considered defects.

DB Graphics A2 does not laser engrave customer-supplied products.

15. Customer-Supplied Garments and Products

Customer-supplied garments may be accepted for approved printing or embroidery projects.

Decorating supplied products involves risks, including:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Fabric reactions
  • Dye migration
  • Discoloration
  • Inconsistent sizing
  • Heat damage
  • Printing or embroidery complications
  • Equipment-related damage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DB Graphics A2 is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing customer-supplied products damaged during production. Customers should provide extra pieces when an exact final quantity is required.

16. Production and Turnaround Times

Production estimates begin only after we receive:

  • Required payment
  • Final artwork
  • Complete order information
  • Product availability confirmation
  • Proof approval, when applicable

Production times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Delays may result from product availability, artwork problems, equipment issues, supply-chain interruptions, severe weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Rush service may be available for an additional fee but must be approved before ordering.

17. Shipping and Local Pickup

Eligible orders may be shipped or collected from our Ann Arbor location.

Shipping estimates do not include production time. We are not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery estimates, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping fees may apply when a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal.

Local pickup orders should be collected within a reasonable time after notification. Identification or order confirmation may be required.

18. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, defects, cancellations, and damaged orders are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. Once artwork preparation, product ordering, setup, digitizing, personalization, or production begins, some or all charges may be non-refundable.

19. Care and Application Instructions

Customers are responsible for following all applicable:

  • DTF pressing instructions
  • Garment washing instructions
  • Product care instructions
  • Material limitations
  • Manufacturer recommendations

Damage caused by incorrect application, washing, drying, ironing, storage, or use is not considered a production defect.

20. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes may:

  • Have expiration dates
  • Apply only to selected products
  • Require minimum purchases
  • Exclude artwork, setup, rush, shipping, or custom fees
  • Be limited to one use per customer
  • Be unavailable for combination with other offers

We may modify or discontinue promotions at any time, subject to applicable law.

21. Acceptable Website Use

You may not use our website to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Infringe intellectual-property rights
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Upload harmful code or malware
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Interfere with website security or operation
  • Collect information about other users
  • Engage in fraud or abusive activity
  • Submit unlawful or unauthorized content

We may restrict or terminate access when these Terms are violated.

22. Intellectual Property

The website and its content—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions, layouts, and original designs—are owned by or licensed to DB Graphics A2 and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Ownership of customer-provided artwork remains with its lawful owner. Purchasing printed or decorated products does not transfer ownership of DB Graphics A2 production files, digitized embroidery files, separations, templates, or proprietary setup materials unless agreed in writing.

23. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may link to apparel catalogs, design tools, social media platforms, payment services, shipping carriers, or other third-party websites.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, products, services, policies, or practices. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

24. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DB Graphics A2 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability relating to a product, service, or order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

26. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DB Graphics A2 harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Content or artwork you submit
  • Your infringement of another party’s rights
  • Your misuse of our website, products, or services
  • Your violation of applicable law

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in an appropriate court located in Michigan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

29. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

30. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
